    • 2 animals max per unit
    • All dog must provide DNA sample for PooPrints

    * Pit bulls and Rottweilers, or any variation of the breed, are prohibited from living at Church Street Lofts * 


  • LEASE TERMS

    • We offer 6, 9, and 12 month leases
    • 6-month leases will incure an additional $100 charge each month 
    • 9-month leases will incure an additional $75 charge each month
